During a root canal procedure, Dr. Nguyen/ Dr. Ho remove the infected pulp and clean and seal the pulp canal within the tooth’s root. Most root canal treatments are performed in a single visit but in certain cases, health issues, disease states or complicated anatomy necessitate two visit therapy. Afterward, you can drive home and return to your normal routine.
It is recommended to have a crown placed over the root canal-treated tooth to strengthen it.
